It takes 2 business days to create a product and fulfill an order
The average shipping time is 8 business days depending on the delivery destination
Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address

Domestic Shipping

Shipping times are approximate. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays. Most items are available to ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted at time of checkout. If your order is taking longer or is no longer in stock, we will notify you via email. Standard shipping rates are 3.99$.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipper has confirmed delivery. If you wish to add insurance to your order, please email us at support@merchblend.com

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. If there is an issue with your country, we will email you. For international orders, we offer FedEx / DHL International Shipping and you will be able to choose Priority or Economy service during the checkout process.We cannot control delays due to customs issues.

The customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and duties on International.

Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased

MerchBlend does not arrange or pay for postage and import fees of International returns.

Our Warranty

We offer 1 year warranty on our merch if there are any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. Outside of the warranty, we offer repair services at set fees.

Our repair process generally takes 4-6 weeks from the date your MerchbBlend item is received. However, we strive to have your product back to you as soon as possible. Please email us at support@merchblend.com to initiate a repair.
